Data categories: identity (first and last name), contact (email, phone), enquiry details (company, topic, message, attachments, the page and language of the form; on the Lite form also stage, package, budget, link), transaction security (IP address, browser details, page requested, date and time).
Please keep special categories of personal data and other people’s details out of messages and attachments. We do not need them.
We do not use analytics on this site.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy notice. Please do not send sensitive documents that way.
How we collect data
Your personal data is collected from you partly by automated means, in electronic form, through the forms on this site, email and WhatsApp, and by non-automated means on phone calls. Technical records are collected fully automatically when you visit the site.
Your rights and how to apply
You can send your requests about your personal data under KVKK Art. 11, as the Communiqué on applications to the controller requires, in writing, in Turkish, to Kolektif House, Barbaros Mah. Begonya Sok. No: 1/2, 34746 Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye; with a secure electronic or mobile signature to info@odeontech.com; or to info@odeontech.com from the email address you have already given us and that is in our records.
Your request must include your name and surname and signature if written, your Turkish ID number (for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number), your address for notices, your email and phone if you have them, and what you are asking for.
We conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, and send the answer in writing or electronically. It is free, unless the request needs a separate cost, in which case the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
If your request is refused, the answer is insufficient or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning our answer and in any case within 60 days of your request.
