Odeontech Lite · For startups and small, sharp projects

Startup speed. Enterprise discipline. Same engineers.

Odeontech Lite is Odeontech for the work that does not need a programme: a first product, a rescue, an AI feature, a technical lead on call. Written scope, fixed price — and an AI-native engineer on the call, not a sales deck.

Who it is for

Built for the work most agencies will not price.

Small in scope does not mean small in stakes. These are the situations Odeontech Lite exists for — and the ones we send to Odeontech proper.

Right fit
  • An early-stage startup with a funded idea and no engineering team
  • A company that needs one system built or fixed, not a transformation
  • A product team that needs a feature, an audit or a technical lead for a while
  • A founder who built with AI tools and now has real users
Not a fit — and we say so on the first call
  • Multi-year transformation programmes
  • Regulated core systems that need a dedicated squad and a compliance track
  • Anything that needs more than one team at once
  • Those go to Odeontech proper, with the same engineers
Packages

Seven problems, seven fixed-scope answers.

Each package is a problem we solve often enough to scope it in writing and price it in advance. Pick the one that sounds like you; we will tell you if it is not.

Package 01

Make the idea real.

You have the idea and the budget, not the team.

You geta working product you can show your first customer.
How it startsStarts with a fixed-price quote
Package 02

Finish what someone left half-done.

An agency or a freelancer walked away mid-build.

You geta written diagnosis of where it really stands, then the team that finishes it.

Package 03

Put AI in the product.

Investors and customers keep asking where the AI is.

You getone AI feature that runs on your data and is measured against an evaluation set — live, not a demo.

Package 04

The system is falling over. So is the bill.

You grew and the infrastructure did not, or the cloud invoice doubled.

You getthe root cause, the fix, and a cost report you can act on.
How it startsStarts with a fixed-price audit
Package 05

You do not have a CTO.

Nobody owns the technical decisions, and hiring one is a year away.

You geta senior technical lead for set days a week: roadmap, architecture calls, hiring support.
How it startsMonthly
Package 06

Keep shipping.

The product is live and the feature list never ends.

You getfixed monthly capacity with a cap; you set the priorities, we ship them.
How it startsMonthly, capped
Package 07

You built it with AI. Now it has users.

Cursor, Lovable, Replit or ChatGPT got you a product; now it breaks and nobody knows what is where.

You geta written diagnosis of what stays and what gets rewritten, the security and data gaps closed, and a system that can be handed over — or run by us.

How it works

Three steps. No pitch deck.

01

Tell us in five minutes

The form below asks what you have, what you need and what you can spend. That is enough for us to prepare.

02

Twenty minutes with an engineer

Not a sales rep. We ask the hard questions early, so the quote is honest and the first week is not a surprise.

03

A fixed-price quote, in writing

Written scope, price, what is in and what is out. You decide; nothing starts until you say so.

Find your package

Not sure which one fits? Five questions.

Answer what you know. The seven packages re-rank as you go, and your answers are written into the form below, so the engineer who reads it can prepare.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Same engineers, same company, a different shape of engagement: written scope, fixed price and short decision cycles. Lite exists so that a small project gets a clear answer instead of a “let’s see”.
Every package ends in a written fixed-price quote after the call; monthly packages come with a monthly rate. If the number does not work for you, you have lost a call, not a deposit.
Set in the contract for each engagement.
We say so on the first call. If you want, the same people continue under Odeontech proper, with a dedicated team or a product configured for you.
Yes — package seven exists for exactly that. Diagnosis first, then a decision on what stays and what is rewritten, with the security and data gaps closed before anything else.
Istanbul and Bilişim Vadisi. We work remotely with teams anywhere in European time zones, and in person when it helps.

A short form, a call with an engineer, then a written quote. Every message is read by an engineer.

How the quote process works

  1. We read it, an engineer repliesEvery request is read by an engineer, free of charge, and the reply comes with the questions we still have.
  2. A short call to pin the scope downTwenty minutes, by phone or video, to settle what is in, what is out, the technical constraints and anything specific to you.
  3. A written quoteFixed price, written scope, what is included and what is not, and a plan for the first weeks. No obligation.
  4. You approve, we plan the start togetherNothing begins before your yes. Once it comes, we agree the first week together and start.
